Marketing and Growth Manager (f/m/d)

What you will do

  • You will be responsible for growing the number of private subscriptions and maximizing lifetime-value of current supporters
  • You will be team lead for 2 other team-members (Campaign Manager and Support Working Student)
  • You will have the ownership for budget/revenue forecast and reporting
  • You will take over KPI management together with our Sales Operations Team (subscriptions, avg amount, churn, cash-in, life-time-value)
  • You will be working with our Product Team on e.g. the optimizing of checkout/payment screen
  • You will be working with our CRM Team on planning, implementation and tracking of CRM activities (transactional mails, pop-up modals etc.)
  • You will be working with our Business Intelligence Team on creating hypotheses for data research
  • You will create and track A/B tests (e.g. different texts, different payment intervals)
  • You will be collaborating with our Campaign Manager about target group, content of campaigns, roadmap and customer lifetime value

Your Profile

  • You have several years (4+) of experience in product monetization in the field of Mobile Business, E-Commerce or Fundraising
  • You have an analytical mindset with a solid understanding of using a data-driven approach to problem-solving
  • Proven experience in building cross-channel campaigns, triggered messages, and A/B/n experiments
  • Sound understanding of network effects and profound knowledge of monetization as a growth driver
  • Strong experience in managing revenue-based campaigns focused on subscriptions
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with email best practices, push notifications, and users segmentation
  • Experience with CRM Tool Braze is a plus
