Berlin - Frankfurter Tor

I’m looking for an individual to rent my room while I’m away on a trip to New Zealand. The room is located in a spacious, bright flat near Bersarinplatz, with excellent public transport connections. Several supermarkets are close by, and parks are within easy walking distance. The room is well set up for working from home: it includes an adjustable desk, and we also use the living room as a shared co-working space if you prefer a change of scenery. You’ll be sharing the flat with a woman in her late 20s who is very tidy and values the flat as a calm, cozy sanctuary to relax in after work. She loves crafty hobbies like knitting, good coffee, and natural wine. While she mostly enjoys quiet evenings at home, she occasionally likes to go out and party as well. There is one additional small room in the flat, which belongs to the person on the lease. She moved to Brandenburg to live with her partner, and until recently they stayed in the flat 1–2 nights per week for work in Berlin. Since she is now pregnant and both of them are stopping work in Berlin, this will happen much less often. We are all vegan/vegetarian, so it would be great if you’re comfortable not cooking meat at home.
