Hello, 1 room in my beautiful bright and cozy shared flat with balcony access will be available in jan for short-term rent for 1-2 month, until mid/end of Februar 2026. Or maybe flexibel, let me know your dates ;) (Shorter also possible 2-3 weeks or 45euro/night) It is a 2.5 room apartment with a nice large kitchen-living room with couch and bath with "balcony door". The room is fully furnished, super bright, has approx. 23m2 with balcony access (south side) to the inner courtyard. *bonus for remote poeple!!! Plus possibility for home office, workplace with screen.* Everything is available in the shared kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, gas stove). Pflanzen suchen Mensch mit grünem Daumen 🍀 Bestehend aus einer mini Ananas, einer weiß besprühten Sukkulente, zwei Monstera Ablegern, einem Weihnachtskaktus (pink blühend) und ein flammendes Kätchen (orange blühend). Da ich die Pflanzen größtenteils nur kurz hatte und sie aus einem Supermarkt stammen, kann ich nicht für die Schädlingsfreiheit garantieren. Zu Verschenken
