Hello everyone, I am posting on behalf of someone who lost contact with a friend on 25 February and is hoping to reconnect with him. We understand this is a long shot, but we're trying to reach people who may recognize some of the details. The person we are looking for is: -Australian -He is bald -Likely in his early-to-mid 40s -Has lived in Berlin for approximately 20 years -Previously lived in the Gatow area -Worked for many years at a small boutique finance firm in Berlin that focused on emerging markets -The firm had a relatively small staff and reportedly included a floor trader -He volunteered to help refugees -He is on a WhatsApp groups related to German classes and Signal -He also mentioned this "nearly everyone on my WhatsApp are either people I've connected with through refugee advocacy or my German classes" -He was said to be well connected locally, and had connections within Berlin cultural circles, including the Berlinale community and had some connection to a Berlinale jurist Unfortunately, we do not have a name, photograph, social media profile, or company name, which is what makes this search difficult.
